Referred to this company to help with two years back taxes and the current year at that time. I was told previous tax years would need mailing, so I trusted that this would happen. The following year to have my taxes filed, thinking all is well, the two envelopes were still in my file and had not been mailed. Remind you, I was told "we will mail these. problem after problem filing my taxes with these people. it’s been 2 months and i still have no idea if my taxes have been filed. they refuse to give any answers. dont go here
Do not file your taxes here. They are so unprofessional. They are liars. They make up a lot of stuff. I took my W2 to them in January and as of May 22nd, my taxes have not been filled. I am going to Facebook to expose them
