I would recommend Smart Transit. Both times when they picked me up and dropped me off at the hospital, because I wasn’t able to drive & they were early both times. The cost was very reasonable. If I ever need a ride again i definitely will be calling SMART Transit.
Guy almost hit me in Walmart parking lot . Bad driver .
I spoke with a lady on the phone that was very rude and disrespectful to a person with disabilities. They send notifications through snail mail and cut off your services while you wait for the ride. Horrible company with horrible employees. You should be ashamed of yourselves
The drivers have been friendly everytime I ride the transit and keep up with conversations.
