The therapist I worked with here previously was great! Upon trying to set up massage therapy, the administrative staff, Rachel specifically, was unprofessional and extremely rude when I was asking questions. From the moment she answered the call she was speaking down to me and treating me as though answering my questions were a giant inconvenience. The person speaking to patients should be kind and knowledgeable and she was the opposite. Unfortunate that someone who is customer-facing is allowed to treat people this way. Can... read more
Katie is amazing. Completely out of my comfort zone to go to therapy and she made me feel so comfortable. I’ve felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders after one session and I look forward to seeing her more often. If anyone is looking for someone you can trust and just listen Katie is your person!!
