The therapist I worked with here previously was great! Upon trying to set up massage therapy, the administrative staff, Rachel specifically, was unprofessional and extremely rude when I was asking questions. From the moment she answered the call she was speaking down to me and treating me as though answering my questions were a giant inconvenience. Katie is amazing. Completely out of my comfort zone to go to therapy and she made me feel so comfortable. I’ve felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders after one session and I look forward to seeing her more often. If anyone is looking for someone you can trust and just listen Katie is your person!!
