Super easy 5 star rating for these guys. They managed to fit my car in at very short notice and explained exactly what could and couldn't be done given the situation. This is a refreshing change as it sets correct expectations up front. Karen was friendly and helpful, getting everything booked in without fuss or delay. Unfortunately I didn't get the detailer's name but he was also detail oriented (bad pun), professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

So impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. My car got hit from behind, new bumper, spray paint, badges ect and I cannot fault it, plus the team detailed my car inside and out and it looks amazing! hasn’t looked this good since driving out of the dealership. Customer service was fantastic, got updates on what process/stage my car was at. Marc was efficient and easy to deal with. No hesitations to recommend smart tech auto body.
