My wife and I have both been coming to Ram for 3 years now to do our taxes. Every time we walk into the door each year, he greets us so warmly and kindly, with a smile and a handshake. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Tax Smart accountant (Rum). Their mishandling of my taxes and lack of communication reflect a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for their clients. Despite waiting patiently for a month for any updates on my tax return, I received no proactive communication from their end.
