We used Smart Systems Technology because the original homeowner used it & we figured they would know the setup, wiring, etc. After connecting the whole house audio system using our equipment, we were not getting sound from the speakers. We purchased an amplifier. It didn’t help. Ted picked up the amplifier and was suppose to bring us another one.
