Came here to replace my screen protector on my phone. I provided the wrong model number for my phone, resulting in the protector they applied being slightly smaller than the phone screen, which they noticed and asked me to check / confirm in my settings. It was then we discovered I had given the wrong model number, however they happily discarded the incorrect option and applied the correct one and only charged me for the correct model.
