Had a great experience and the staff were professional!
I am only giving the Service Center 5 stars has they helped me fix an issue. If it was SMART START the company, it would zero stars and a law suit. Each month they lock me out, requires me to get an unlock code, then denies the unlock and service fees. This happens EVERY MONTH.
Where do I start? I was quoted anytime via email from my contact a couple of weeks ago. Lease arrived Thursday with a higher number by 15% and paymemt bi weekly instead of monthly. Bi weekly is 26 payments per year where as semimonthly, which also I had not agreed to, would be 24. A bit of sleight of hand. Cable from device hangs on my left leg which is not only irritating but dangerous. Told tech that I drive 40 to 50 miles a month. He said drive more or your battery will be drained. Seriously?
I have dealt with many companies in this business, this company was the most straightforward, clear and not Shady as many of the other ones on this line of business.
Great customer service and techs that take their time to teach you to use the device. I recommend Smart Start as your lock ignition provider 😊
