"THIS IS FOR ALL SMART START" My experience with Smart Start has been unacceptable and deeply frustrating. After only one month as a customer, the level of incompetence and poor service I have encountered is alarming. The company failed to report the necessary information to the DMV, directly preventing me from obtaining my license in a timely manner. Its great spot to go to for my calibrations just drive up to window no garage parking needed and if your close to lock out they are there for you. Sometimes they will post if they closing early so just check before its too late. The admin Blanca and shop guy Antonio actually checked in with DMV for me and get responses that needed and fixed my Extensions. I love how the took care of me very fast and smooth. They take debit card also.
Over all, all interlocks are a joke.. they will squeeze every dollar out of you, like when I was in the icu for a couple weeks and they slapped me with a $200 unlock code.. BUT this specific location was great to deal with, Antonio P. Had my interlock taken off of my motorcycle in 15 minutes and I was back on the rode.
