Starting with installation techs, they weren’t friendly at all. Push blame on everyone else saying their product dont cause issues with your vehicle, yet you’re stalled out in the middle of an intersection because it’s an error with their product! Then have to sit in line for almost an hour to run tests that take 5 mins. Their customer service sucks, you can never get a hold of anybody. Work experience. Not friendly at all. Unwilling to fix the problem they caused . Car shut off in the intersection
Solid Place, they took care of every need. Informed me of discounts I didn't know. Put one on my Motorcycle and Truck. Professional. Hope you never need them, but if you do, it's the only place to go!!!
If you find yourself in need of this service, I highly recommend this location. They saw me through my entire restriction period. They were very helpful with any questions or concerns I had, especially since my requirements were from out of state. When I qualified for removal I drove an hour specifically to have them assist me since i trusted their professionalism.
