I have had nothing but problems wirh this thing since day one. My vehicle does not want to start. Today, the device died and when I parked my vehicle it wouldn't start. I passed when starting and leaving my home. $180 bucks. No one would help me and now I am being told they need me to get to the shop AFTER the tow truck left because they dont store vehicles there. Worst customer services from the lady in charge of smart start
Absolutely the worst customer service from the lady in charge of smart start. She was extremely rude, seemed bothered because I needed help, (I had never been to a self serve place before) treated me so disrespectfully. I will never, ever go there again!!! If you hate your job that much, go work at a place where you dont have to interact with people or stay home!!! Your attitude and manners were disgusting!!!!
