This is the WORST company ever! I guess because you have a DUI, they consider you a bad person. It took them seven months to reimburse me tow expenses because the person who installed my interlock almost got me killed. I literally had to call, email and threaten to sue them. Now they said they were crediting me and still didn’t give me the right amount AFTER SEVEN MONTHS! My entire experience has been a nightmare. The cost to install was more than I was quoted. I was treated rudely, and was given no training on how to properly use the device. Also, the camera fell off my windshield while driving home from the installation. When I called Smart Start for help, and to complain about the installation process, I was offered no valuable help.
Rep didn't show up to work on my car for 3 hours. The shop I went to didn't even know I was coming which was not the shops fault. Better communication is needed.
