My entire experience has been a nightmare. The cost to install was more than I was quoted. I was treated rudely, and was given no training on how to properly use the device. Also, the camera fell off my windshield while driving home from the installation. When I called Smart Start for help, and to complain about the installation process, I was offered no valuable help.
Rep didn't show up to work on my car for 3 hours. The shop I went to didn't even know I was coming which was not the shops fault. Better communication is needed.
