AGAIN THERE IS NO SMART START LOCATION HERE. Jesus
Horrible customer service. Drove 45 minutes away to get an installation, just to be told that they have been waiting on a tech for 6 days and no one has came. I did not receive a phone call letting me know. When I tried to call to find a different place for installation I could not get thru, so I would like a refund on my deposit I had to make, but I can’t get thru for that either. I’ve left several messages and actually the one person I did get to speak with told me no he couldn’t help me.
