If u ever get a violock on the IID make SURE to ONLY GET charged for the violock code and not a whole recalibration fee as this happened to me 2 weeks after I had just recalibrated the device.. then a whole confusion began insinuating I had not payed for a certain month when I was charged on my debit card without my consent.. just always DOUBLE CHECK/ASK
The guys who work here are the worst. Poor job in installations and if there is an issue they will just over charge you for anything. Horrible customer service on the 1800 number. They do not have a manager and outsource the phone call to another countries. Horrible 100%!
Friendly staff. They rescheduled my appt after I showed up saying they could not complete the install that day. Next appointment I was asked to come early to get started. 8 hours and 45 minutes later it was done. Left their location at 9:30PM
Great service
Horrible experience. When I called to make an appointment, I was told the install would take two hours. When I dropped the vehicle off at the appointment. I was then told that the install would take eight hours after I had already scheduled time off work. And even after making new plans to accommodate the new time for the install, the vehicle still wasn’t ready for another six hours. Completely unacceptable! Negative 5 stars if it was possible.
