I would like to appreciate Sher at Falls church branch for his outstanding support throughout all my service requirements o the smart start device. He has been extremely helpful, professional, and attentive every step of the way. From scheduling appointments to ensuring every detail was taken care of, Sher made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, I’m very happy with SHER—the representative from Falls Church. He’s always cooperative and provides helpful information to prevent potential issues. He truly deserves a 5+ rating. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the restrictions imposed by the creators of this technology. The limitations are excessive. It’s winter, and you’re not allowed to use sanitizer or any product containing even 0.1% alcohol. This whole thing is always awkward and unavoidable, but Sher makes it so much easier. He’s always early, quick, and consistent. As much as I hate that we even have to do this, Sher keeps it judgment-free and actually bearable. You know what to expect every time—nobody wants to be there, but he always comes through. P.s. I really hate going here though as we all haha
If u ever get a violock on the IID make SURE to ONLY GET charged for the violock code and not a whole recalibration fee as this happened to me 2 weeks after I had just recalibrated the device.. then a whole confusion began insinuating I had not payed for a certain month when I was charged on my debit card without my consent.. just always DOUBLE CHECK/ASK
