Horrible customer service. I recently saw a lawsuit for this company and the lawsuit describes everything I've been dealing with when it comes to prices and anything in regards to my leasing agreement. They never update any notes nor know what I'm talking about in general. What's the point of rescheduling an appointment if you're just gonna get locked out of the device and get flagged by DMV. And the late fees/ fees in general are never the same nor was I a informed the price was going to increase. Also can never get a hold ... read more
Terrible location. Trash is everywhere on the property. No waiting area. He installed the IID to my Jeep and had problems with it immediately. My Jeep kept giving me a message to stop immediately because my car will shut off. I went back and referred me else where because he doesn't know enough about installing them in a Jeep. He did a poor job installing it for $200 and said he couldn't even fix it the same day he installed it.
