Horrible customer service. I recently saw a lawsuit for this company and the lawsuit describes everything I've been dealing with when it comes to prices and anything in regards to my leasing agreement. They never update any notes nor know what I'm talking about in general. What's the point of rescheduling an appointment if you're just gonna get locked out of the device and get flagged by DMV. Terrible location. Trash is everywhere on the property. No waiting area. He installed the IID to my Jeep and had problems with it immediately. My Jeep kept giving me a message to stop immediately because my car will shut off. I went back and referred me else where because he doesn't know enough about installing them in a Jeep. He did a poor job installing it for $200 and said he couldn't even fix it the same day he installed it.
Can't state enough about convenience when you're looking for a location to come in for service. Jesus made his self available to help out close to closing time , I drive for work so I visit different service centers that are available near my commutes.. I trust Smart Start for my interlock needs.
This location went above and beyond. They went out of their way to make sure everything was properly installed, and in order. On a holiday! Very friendly and helpful. They made the process so much easier. I would highly recommend choosing this location for any II needs. They got me back on the road so I could spend the holidays with my child. Thanks again!
