Had a great experience with my Smart Start install. The tech was professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. Setup was smooth, and the device works exactly as expected. Highly recommend this location if you need the service done right the first time. It’s behind and underneath if anyone else misses it the first look around the parking lot.
I give negative feedback if I could. Whatever you do pick a different company! David runs the business here and will have you sitting for an hour before you get out. I’ve had other employees take 15 minutes while they tell me the computers are slow. No help from the company at all when you reach out to them. Bad decision on my end
Dave has always been fantastic. He has fit me in if I had things come up. He also has just got me in and out on time. On my removal he called me earlier than scheduled to fit me in. I hope I never need them again but I will refer people for sure
