It said allow 2 hours for the appointment, the guy took 4 hours. He was on his phone talking pretty much the whole time. When explaining all the do’s and dont’s he kept pausing because he was worried about his phone instead of explaining what I needed to do. If it wouldn’t have been a whole process of choosing somewhere else I would’ve left. Very unprofessional

Probably the best experience I could’ve had. Smartstart is the only interlock provider (shown by VASAP) that is open 5 days a week; and the guy that took care of us was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy. One thing I will say…if you’re one of the people that gets mad at the process…check yourself. There’s a process to all things, and the people helping you with the process don’t deserve your ire. Glad I chose Smartstart
