Very professional and friendly.
The schedule posted to Google is incorrect. They need to update it. It says they're open at 8 but no one answers the phone and no one is present at the service location. Do better.
This is my first time having to deal with the experience, it was very nerve-racking, so meeting David, and having him understand how upset I was, and just explaining everything was extraordinary. He knew so much about the technology, and made me feel comfortable when he inserted the SmartStart. Everything was explained so well that I was comfortable leaving, knowing how to handle the technology and understand everything of the process.
Had a great experience with my Smart Start install. The tech was professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. Setup was smooth, and the device works exactly as expected. Highly recommend this location if you need the service done right the first time. It’s behind and underneath if anyone else misses it the first look around the parking lot.
