No matter what you were told online or by phone, be prepared to pay another fee for the installation. Mine was over $200 then after install will need to pay the price quoted by phone. Nice people. Also my appointment was at 10a.m. but install turns out to be at 2:30p.m. so I won't get my car until about 4p.m. (8 hours later). Just F.Y.I.
