Smart was great!
I am highly upset. I've not had any problems with this company at all until they switched technicians. Then my device started acting up. And then in August I go for my calibration when I'm supposed to and pay early just to get locked out on my lockout date anyway because my lease wasn't entered for following month. I was assured it would not happen again. Well it's September and now I'm locked out again for same reason. I was going out of town to go to a family members funeral and n ow that has to ne put on hold to fix this ... read more
