It was a bit crazy with how many people and all the different things happening, but once they got to us they were very professional and explained everything as many times as I need to understand and answer all my questions. They did a great job. Just be ready to wait cause it takes a few hours.
I can NEVER SEEM TO GET THRU TO ANYONE! It’s crucial that I can reach someone if my car is going to lock me out before I get off work but the wait time in the call always says that the estimated wait time is more than 10 minutes but no one even answers after 40 minutes waiting They have a chat feature that no one responds to either- The customer service is so much better than other companies that I’ve dealt with but I need to actually reach them first! It’s just ridiculous. Rant over.
