If you want to get ripped off go with Smart Start. Just to be clear Elite Auto Sounds is an installer and that’s all they do. Smart Start the company is a complete rip off. Let me tell you, miss one calibration and you’ll find out. They charged me a missed appointment fee, a code fee, and another fee for not making my appointment on the designated day the total was about 400.00. They lie and tell you it’s gonna be 50.00 when you call them, then you’ll get slapped with a fat bill. The customer service is horrible as well.
They walk me through the whole process step-by-step and I was informed of everything even the ETA of the time it would be complete. Everyone was professional and very friendly
The entire staff, front desk and techs, were very helpful and professional. I had not been through this situation, but they assisted me through the entire process.
Customer services were very good for the initial set-up and also when I called back with additional questions. I was told that the auto-pay does not always work, but mine went through yesterday once I had my system installed. Overall very satisfied with the support I have received.
Film was very helpful.I caught on the first try.I am very much please with joining smart start.
