I have had the interlock since Dec 2025. Bennet Interlock did the install and most of the calibrations. Been to a couple other Smart Start locations but was really disappointed in the service there compared to the service bar Bennet Interlock set. Was advised a couple of months in advance of the location and hour changes at a calibration via a printed note they handed me. Always friendly to me and my dogs. They were fast prompt and got me back on the road again. The gentleman was kind professional courteous and overall a swell guy Thank you.
Now. Bennett Interlock, they moved with no notice and stopped servicing certain devices like intoxalock. Terrible, predatory business
The provider putting in device had some problems. But worked it out in a short time. I've one failure already because directions were not clear. Pulled over and waited 5 min before I blew. Of course failed me cause I realized I was suposto blow before the 5 min was up. This is dangerous for me to blow while driving. I have a stick not an automatic. But not your problem you just collect the money.
