The first appointment they scheduled me on a day that the place was closed the second appointment. I showed up and they didn't have the necessity parts to do it. They didn't figure it out for over an hour after I was in there waiting. I finally went to a different shop and it was twice as expensive as I was told it would be. very good experience! friendly workers and answered all the questions i had. i highly recommend! :))
I love the place and people that install and deal with the physical IID. As for SmartStart as a company, it is awful. They said I would have a discount each month and only received it once. As for communication, they are not helpful and never answer the phones. I have now been on the phone for over an hour, my wait time will go all the way down and then rise back up. It also states multiple times that there “is no fee for removal” yet says I need to pay a non-refundable $45 for it to be removed. I got an IID on my own, I was... read more
