Worst customer service ever, does not care to help you in any way. Had to tow my truck home because they locked it out over a missed calibration appointment they cancelled on me. I would go with a different company if I could go back.

The technician was the best part of the experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the process. I am excited to have his expertise and customer service at my location during this process.
The technician at the roanoke location (I believ his name is Brian), also works at the Lexington location, was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was very nervous about the entire process and he helped me chill out and feel confident in my ability to complete the program. I also watched him calmly handle several clients that were in a bad spot, didn’t have appointments and needed his help.
