Very nice and helpful
No transparency about wait times, installation will take 4hrs. No qualified staff available when a special job (modem replacement) needs to be done. This is the only interlock calibration center within 100 miles, so i'm stuck. Had to drive over an hour 3 times thas week because they couldn't accommodate me during business hours.
I am writing this as a warning to others, do not pay through the app. Unfortunately in summit we have no choice in interlock, and really if youre reading this its likely you have to get it. Here's my story. And this is week 1... I got my interlock on 6/26/25 the technician was fine but overwhelmed and understaffed. It took an entire day for the interlock to be installed, be prepared to walk 25 min to a bus stop or have another ride. Now the real bad.
