If you tell an administrator that you have some serious issues going on with their service, apparently the procedure is to place them on hold for a long time that eventually just redirects you back to the main menu. They have all of my information did not call me back after spending over 2 hours with them on the phone.
They need to disclose the charges more clearly and give the shop less control of the price. It's a standard procedure. They up charge you because they can! It's a racket.
