Do not use this company. The device will work fine for a week. Then your truck won’t start and they DO NOTHING TO HELP. They will say call this number and then your wait time is usually over 100 mins. They also have a text message portal, but no one texts back!! Horrible and a waste of money. Go else where.
The place that installed amazing but the machine itself you have to blow in it every 5 minutes even while your driving so I almost had a wreck yesterday and not a very good tool the court uses they need to come up with something better you cannot be driving and blowing into machine while your driving every five minutes
Do not use, this company set up installation for my elderly dad via Audio source. Audio source then took full payment and then refused to assist him further with the device installed and I have been unable to reach anyone from smart start since. I guess because of population they are serving these predatory business practices are going unchecked.
