I've been leaving messages for two days. Nobody's calling me back the place that we took our car to. We had an appointment at 9 o'clock in the morning when we got there at 5:40 to pick up our car they were just starting on it and told us to come back the next day and when we refused, we sat there for an hour and a half and waited and they still charged us $350 to install it.
SCAM!!!!!! Here is my story: This company is a complete scam. I was quoted between $250–$350, yet my bill came out to $575—in addition to a $49 bi-weekly service charge, a setup fee, and an unexplained $154 charge that I am currently on hold trying to understand. They steal your money . And keep locking you out because machine is defective . Then most of the locations they send you too are not places that exist anymore and they don’t validate there coupons that they hand out to local lawyers that work with these cases . It’s a company that takes advantage for sure of people that have no choice
