Came in first time and after receiving a confirmation text they told me my appointment was a different time and I had reschedule after taking the day off .. returned a week later and 45 minutes before my appointment. This time they took my car back late which I didn't mind and knew it could take up to 2 1/2 hours ... was told I couldn't leave and i upon asking several different times how much longer they would say 45 more mins, needlless to say my phone was dying and I had a dental appointment at 3;30... my appt for the vehi... read more
The entire installation took 3 times longer than it was supposed to but the lady at the front desk was very comforting, patient & even talkative to help pass the time. I was obviously out of energy but she still remained friendly and professional. Not only was she professional but she went out of her way to offer drinks and offered to give my friend a ride home when he was stuck there because the installation was behind. Due to an unexpected issue ,the install took longer than expected. However, the install team devoted their time to correcting the problem & successfully installing the device. Thanks for the hard work.
