This company was very helpful ,kind and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that has to use the IID, Good guys!
This company isn't even competent enough to be able to set up an appointment for the client to simply remove the IID device after the required time had passed. It has almost been a month now of me trying to contact the company to get an appointment to remove the device but it doesn't seem possible. They expect to me deal with it and pay money for it the rest of my life apparently.
