You overcharge every month. The equipment always has issues and doesn't work properly, your system is always malfunctioning because of this the Wright city location couldn't calibrate my equipment on time and cost me $388 on the 14th of August 2025, your dispute department is a joke. I disputed these charges and was supposed to hear results within 7 days, I did not! Filed 3 more incident reports and nothing. Smart start sucks!!!
