I had the device installed for 2 wks when I went on vacation . When I returned my box was locked up. I called to see what was up and nobody could tell me why but I was supposed to pay a total of 399$ to get it reset. I didn't miss my recalibrate appointment I didn't a chance to even blow into it. They lied about pricing and there was nobody to talk to in person and they started trying to charge my card for services I didn't get before my monthly fee . In and out fast at a reasonable cost. They are very courteous and professional
quick experience but the guy did not take his time teaching me how to use my device unfortunately i was so unaware of how to use it i already missed a test. luckily i had already made it home but i probably will not be driving for months now because im beyond terrified.

They lied of the getgo. The coupon says free first month and installation. Then charged for 99 installation. They say it's for labor. Isn't installation labor? Not sure I want to do business with people that lie
