The service was overall as good as one could expect, it took a little longer than I thought it would take but my battery went dead and it caused the delay. The guy that installed the device was good at his job.
I had the device installed for 2 wks when I went on vacation . When I returned my box was locked up. I called to see what was up and nobody could tell me why but I was supposed to pay a total of 399$ to get it reset. I didn't miss my recalibrate appointment I didn't a chance to even blow into it. They lied about pricing and there was nobody to talk to in person and they started trying to charge my card for services I didn't get before my monthly fee . In and out fast at a reasonable cost. They are very courteous and professional
quick experience but the guy did not take his time teaching me how to use my device unfortunately i was so unaware of how to use it i already missed a test. luckily i had already made it home but i probably will not be driving for months now because im beyond terrified.
Hook up was quicker than expected. See you next month!!!
