Excellent service with Don and Rubio was over the top with his technician capabilities, I was out of there within an hour and a half.
Always fast and helpful. On time with open time and always come through for their customers. You wont have any bs with this location i promise.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Smart Start has been absolutely unacceptable and needs to be shared. On May 12, I was wrongfully charged $2,110.35, despite clearly being enrolled in a $200/month plan. I’ve tried to resolve this issue multiple times — in person and over the phone — and not only has the refund STILL not been processed, but I’ve been treated with complete disrespect every step of the way. Finished my punishment and learned my lesson. Service was great through this whole process. Angel and ob are amazing. From training to guiding me in the right direction. Glad I’m done with this and hope to never come back.
Not sure why there's any bad reviews, these guys were great! I was expecting DMV level service but got way better! OB and Angel walked me through the process and patiently answered all my questions. The best part was they finished the installation in way less time than I was told it would take when I booked the appointment. Not a place you want to patronize, but if you have to, (like me unfortunately) I definitely recommend!
