This corporation is awful. If you can, consider switching to a different company; then, do it.
My fiancé took his car to Smart Start to get his interlock installed he sat there for over 5hrs and now the car doesn’t run at all. Car has spark still replaced plugs just in case, checked fuel pump its good, battery is good, changed the main relay, PCM everything we are at a loss of what they did. Put a lot of time money and effort into this car and its always been good to him and never left him stranded. I would recommend this place to everyone that needs an ignition interlock device. They were extremely helpful and explained every do and don’t associated with the device.
