The Smart Start tech at Redmond Auto is a true professional. He explains in detail how to use and troubleshoot the blow device. It's been a rough learning curve getting use to the smart start program, there's no room for human error..truly isn't. It can be extremely frustrating dealing with problems that occur with the program. He talked me thru my frustrations and took the time to make sure I understood how important it is to complete the program. Thank you Redmond Auto
