Horrible service. Any time you need something you will sit on hold for hours only to be hung up on. If you have ANY other option, find another company. I tried to pay my bill by calling, say on hold all day never got ahold of anyone then they lock you out of your car. Then charge you 35dollars to unlock it if you can get ahold of someone which I'm sitting on hold for currently for the last hour and a half. I may lose my job because I can't get to work. Do not go to this man Xavier. He will give you barely any information when you have your install done for hes far more interested in pretending to be your cool friend. Because he just wants your money. And now, having gone to different locations for calibration, I've learned he's a very shady person. He will charge you more than any other location and say that it's out of his control, which is a lie. Because these are franchises and they set their own prices after the required base cost.
