This location is the best out of 4 I've been to. Its clean, the technicians treat you with respect. Unlike some centers that feel like your a problem and also forget that YOUR PERSONAL problem is providing them a job. The only service place that I've been to where, even if its only 1 technician working at the time, that 1 technician will work on 2 cars at the same time, even though they have 1 bay AND its not a drive thru center. Took vehicle to Smart Start Haltom City off Lower Birdville Rd for installation. After training and 2+ hours I left for work, I came back at lunch time and the installer & office gentleman were both out front in my vehicle cause there was obviously a problem. They explained there were multiple dash warning lights on and they couldn't figure out why. After standing there for 20 minutes, I went back to work.
