Magic Car Sounds: they did a good job at the install. Nothing more, nothing less. Smart Start: Absolutely terrible to deal with. The product is temperamental and finicky. The company’s customer service is non-existent. I had the system removed after a month of service for the reasons listed above. I would highly recommend using another company other than Smart Start. Stay far away from them and their janky product.
