The owner is a good guy I left the car in his hands came back a few hours later and was good to go!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience with the SMART START system. I do not recommend to use this to anyone who is trying to keep their license active. SMART START charges too many fees and they false advertise that they have the lowest fees. I was charged $250 to install and the mechanic charged and extra $150 for his time. They don't explain how to use it and just charge extra fees for any small mistake. I recommend you check out other interlock devices before signing up to this one.
