The vehicle I've had my interlock device in has been having issues, so I had to break down and buy a new car. I followed the instructions given to set my appointment for transferring my interlock device to my new vehicle. The customer service representative set my appointment time and day for 2 days after I called, which was great because I NEEDED MY CAR. Technician was thorough and professional. However, three and a half hours were required for him to piece together a fully functioning unit assembled from four or five kits that had not been maintained.
