Can’t leave zero stars. Smart start gets 0/10. Install person (can’t call them a technician) can’t troubleshoot device. It malfunctioned and killed my battery trying to start it. They say they can’t work on it unless I’m there and I need to bring a battery that there’s nothing wrong with the device. Save yourself trouble and use a different vendor
The guy who works their is very nice. He told you everything you should know. He was very good at his job. I had no questions after I lefted. I recommend his service in Lumberton nc
The company works great for a payment plan and installation on vehicles. But the company doesn't stick to their schedules and their interlock likes to go off randomly every 5-45mins. More often then not it's 20mins or less.
