Terrible customer service. Employees are never available for calibration times. The options on the automated calling system has very little options, and the options it does have don’t support you much either. I’ve had multiple times customer service closed early on me which caused me quite a bit of fiasco. It seems real difficult for smart start to point you to another service center for some odd reason. Please fix this for other future customers.
