Great customer service, appreciated very much.
I had a calibration appointment Scheduled for this afternoon so I called this morning to confirm my appointment. I was told that since I left a negative review for them because of their rudeness the last time I was there that they would no longer service my smart start system. They also would not contact smart start to let them know so I had to call smart start who in turn called this establishment and took care of the cancellation.
