I recently had an issue which required a vehicle transfer to the interlock device. I normally go to Denton Smart Start location, but due to timing requirements I went to the Frisco location. It was a complete nightmare. The Frisco location drained my cars battery, and proceeded to blame it on a bad battery. They were very helpful in explaining everything I need to be aware of. They went over the condition of my vehicle, which I was aware of. Thankfully no new surprises. They made me feel as comfortable as you can in that situation. They were very nice.
This place is extremely quick and efficient and the staff are friendly. Thank you!! I was out of town and went to a smart start in Colorado and it took almost 2 hours just to get it calibrated, these guys do it in 5-10 minutes tops. Sometimes there is a line (usually near holidays when people violate and go in off schedule, lol) but they get us all through very quickly. Also did a great job on the install.
