An incompetent group. Was here for a family members install that took 5 hours as a result of this companies refusal to deliver the mouth pieces to AM Customs to complete the install. Apparently AM Customs has been asking for these to be delivered for weeks! Held the vehicle hostage with no way to start the car or leave.
I've had an extremely frustrating experience, overall. The Blue Springs location has had trouble with staffing and keeping their office open during business hours. This makes it very difficult to remain compliant with the program and when you find yourself outside of compliance you are charged fees. Visiting a different location with restricted driving privileges is not always an option. The guy there if he is ever there!! is great but they are under staffed so they are never open! They set random hours and half the time the door is locked lights on and no one answers the door
