Real good and easy experience just make sure you have someone to pick you up or something cause it takes a while to install
I have nothing but good to say about their employee Edgar. He was polite professional and spent quite a while with me learning how to blow and hum. He even switched the blower out with different kind due to me having COPD and am not able to take big breaths. Most would have became frustrated with me but not Edgar, he was awe and an asset to this company.
The smart start people that do the calibration are always on point and friendly it’s the Mecanic at the shop that has a horrible attitude. Not very welcoming and at times rude !
Schedule a smart start appointment. Arrived on time I was told they could not do. Said I could possibly wait two hours or come back in two hours. Doesn’t seem to be a very a very reliable place to go for something that the court system expects of you.
