The people that installed the device were awesome! So far I am less than impressed with the device I understand it’s random when it wants to check you but every 10-20 minutes is a bit excessive I believe Plus it never gets it right on the first blow I am having to repeat 2-5 times before it will acknowledge and test me. All while driving and sometimes on slick roads. Sometimes you just can’t pull over. Very frustrating
Super helpful with everything even down to the paperwork. Would definitely go there again if I had too.
They never answer. You'll be on hold for several hours and the Portol chat bot will ignore you. I don't recommend this service at all.
Not too happy. Install was great but Smart Start had not uploaded the information to the state 48 hours later. No permit or testing can be done until this happens and the really big issue is that you can’t call and talk to a person about it. Everything automated pre recorded answers.
