Garbage company don't deal with them lots of other companies that have better customer service. Keep getting pushed to the side about a "restock fee" that was told wasn't needed to be paid by 2 admins and 5 different advisors. Warning do not sign any papers that's how they get you!
These people suck. Easy to get the device on your car good luck getting it off. You’ll get a million notifications about everything you gotta do to keep it on but when it comes to getting it off they clear don’t want you to stop making payments.
Pamphlet said "no termination fee", but contract has a "termination fee" on it of $89. One of the workers said they'd look into it. Said it was the removal charge. Otherwise, service was good. Had to go back and get a modified mouthpiece because I couldn't blow and hum long enough. Works OK now, so far...
They are good at what they do.
