Staff was very friendly professional and polite explain complete details to me walk me through the steps along with filled me in when it exceeded the time explain it to me the cause behind exceeding the time I should say wonderful experience would definitely recommend this company for their interlock provider installer
It took all day to install that device in my car 9am-2:30pm
I had this device put on, I could not blow hard enough for the long required time. Could not get my car started! Company refuses to correct the problem. The device is only supposed to require 3 seconds blow, mine requires 10. They will not correct it. My probation officer sent in paperwork to reduce the requirement but Smart Start would not send approval to installation man. I went there cuse it court appointed for me to. I figured I'd be treated like a criminal and talked down too and treated poorly,from what i was told adio radio trearted ppl.boy was I wrong,I was greeted with a smile and updated on my jeeps progress,I was checked on incase I needed anything,as I noticed new customers coming in they took their time with them and wasn't pushing them to purchase window tinting or any service now,just to get a sale...5 plus ⭐
