Update: Kevin w/ Smart Lock called me and took care of every thing promptly. He was a great help, therefore I am changing my review. The shop that installed the interlock was great & friendly. However, Smart Lock scheduled my appointment & when I got to the shop found out my appointment was canceled even though I didn't cancel. Then I get my paperwork to take to DPS & Smart Lock spelled my name wrong & put the wrong Driver's License #. I call wait on the phone for an hour, I explained what was going on just to be hung up on.... read more
