CRIMINALS!!!!!! They took my breathalyzer off without relaying the info to washington state. So they expected me to pay them and restart another 4 months from scratch. I walked in saying i think today is my last day, let me know if i need to sign anything. I've since decided to drive without a license for until my washington hold ends since smart start also refuses to compensate me for my issue. They charge more than what they say by phone
THE BEST! I went to Berkeley to install it. My first+ last experience to the reason why I need it. I have PTSD and I broke down while William explaining/teaching me how it all worked. His patience, and detailed teaching, made it alll better. I drove off, grateful to have chosen such a great company and best believe I called ALL of the DMV's approved companies.
