Deceptive trade practices. They do not send out monthly statements or invoices. They wait until you bring your vehicle into the shop for calibration and BAM. The only good reviews go back 3 but mostly 7 years ago. Everyone has a relative or ranch hand in Grapevine, TX, right? My court date? Can't be reached. Huge menu to get through on the phone just to have nobody answer. One of the most un-responsive companies I've ever encountered.
If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. You all should go out of business. Your call center sucks and knows nothing about “Customer Service”. It could be that you all went domestic and paying them pennies! Get it together, that center is literally playing with people’s livelihood and they don’t care!
The 'customer care' service line has some of the rudest, appalling, and worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. Not only I have been hung up on, yelled at, and given poor instruction, but on top of that I am the one who has to suffer for their errors. I called looking for a service center that day because I was on a different side of town, they gave me one location that was an empty vacant field and another location that was only a kiosk, not a service center I was told later by a mechanic at the next appointmen... read more
