Any complaints or dispute you have with Smart start will always result into a denial of compliant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT CHOOSE THIS ALTERNATIVE.
Awful company and worst customer service. They don't inform customers of policy changes thus resulting in fees and then will not waive the fees. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Wouldnt recommend this company to an enemy.
After my po unformed me that she had requested to cancel using the device, they still charged me.
This people are the worse. They are thief. They illegally charged me $500 for a device that I never used because. I don't know how their system works or how they got my card information but they illegally charged my card for a service I never required or needed. I'm reporting this.
Absolutely horrid company. Won’t allow you to reschedule and appointment, thus costing missed work. This costing a ton of money lost. But they sure want your payment right. Only reason this company exists is because customers are forced here via court. If this was a “service” like Lyft or uber, your absolutely ridiculous customer service and policy would have nobody wanting to do any business with you and this company would be folded.
