This place is a RACKET! Changed the monthly appointments to every 30 days AND the appointments must be scheduled. Besides all of the money they are making off of people from this BS. They are making more shortening the time frame for appointments since you can't schedule over the weekend so it has to be done before the weekend if the furthest out appointment date falls on a weekend. ☝️This location probably generates a lot of income for Smart start from all the scamming that they are doing.🚫NEVER CALL 1HOUR TO YOUR LOCK OUT TIME.THEY WILL PURPOSELY ASSIST YOU AFTER THE LOCK OUT TIME TO CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL FEES.The customer service is horrible. Any complaints or dispute you have with Smart start will always result into a denial of compliant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT CHOOSE THIS ALTERNATIVE.
Awful company and worst customer service. They don't inform customers of policy changes thus resulting in fees and then will not waive the fees. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Wouldnt recommend this company to an enemy.
After my po unformed me that she had requested to cancel using the device, they still charged me.
This people are the worse. They are thief. They illegally charged me $500 for a device that I never used because. I don't know how their system works or how they got my card information but they illegally charged my card for a service I never required or needed. I'm reporting this.
