The guy Phil was amazing the decive works and does what it is supposed do, the DVM didn't have update of this device on the vehicle, that sucked

Two stars because the people are nice. With that said, I almost purchased a new battery and a new alternator per their diagnosis. Come to find out it was THEIR faulty sensor that was causing my battery to die, for over a year. Why this is relevant... im a female full time RV'er. I've had to go 2500+ miles across the country on several occasions over the past year without ever turning my truck off, at pumps, rest areas, e.t.c., risking theft or worse. I was stranded several times over that year, forced to have to ask stranger... read more
